Hi, I’m Farandy.

This site is a place where I write things I’d like to remember and share. Notes on work, systems, and lessons picked up along the way. Sometimes they come from software engineering and management, sometimes from my own daily life.

I’ve spent years working around problem-solving environments and teams. At some point, I noticed that writing was the only way I could slow my thinking down enough to really understand what was going on. When ideas stay in your head, they tend to blur. When you write them down, they either make sense or not.

Not everything here is meant to be polished or final. Some notes are practical, some are reflective, and some are simply questions I’m still working through. That’s part of the process, and I’m comfortable with that.

I don’t write to teach or to position myself as an expert. I write to think clearly, to document what I’m learning, and to share perspectives that might be useful to someone else on a similar path.
